01 Who is responsible

02 What we collect

When you send the contact form, we receive:

• your full name and work e-mail;
• your company and sector, if you give them;
• the topic you choose and your message;
• your consent to this notice.

The form asks for nothing else.

03 Why we use it

Only to reply to your request and follow it up, for example to set a time for a first conversation. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

04 How long we keep it

Only as long as needed to handle your request and follow it up. The exact period will be stated here once the company is registered.

05 Who processes it for us

Two kinds of provider handle data for this site:

• a form relay provider, which forwards your message to our mailbox;
• a hosting provider, which serves the site and may process technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages securely.

The form relay and hosting providers may process data outside Morocco. The countries concerned and the safeguards that apply will be stated here once the company is registered.

06 Cookies and local storage

This site sets no cookies, so there is no cookie banner. Your browser keeps three small preferences on your device, and they never reach us: whether the sound is on, whether background videos are paused, and whether the logo animation has already played in this session.

07 Your rights

Under Moroccan Law 09-08, you may access your data, have it corrected and object to its processing on legitimate grounds. Where the GDPR applies to you, you may also ask for erasure, restriction or portability, and withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, write to us through the contact form with the topic “Other”. You may also complain to the CNDP in Morocco, or to the data protection authority of your country in the European Union.
