One task, end to end, on your real files.
Daily administrative work taken off spreadsheets and run end to end, with a human checkpoint.
What you get
- 01
Exceptions only
Green, orange or red per file: your team handles only the files that need a person.
- 02
A team trained during the build
Your people learn the task on their own files while it is set up.
- 03
The next task costs less
Your company context is written once and reused by every task that follows.
What it covers
-
A status per file
Green is ready to validate, orange waits for a check, red goes to a person with the reason.
-
Training while we build
The team that owns the task is trained on it, on its own files, before go-live.
-
Context written once
Your vocabulary, formats and rules written down once, so the next task starts further ahead.
-
Before and after, in hours
A table built from your own counts, before the build and after go-live.

Engagement terms
How an engagement works.
At what stage can we start?
Best after the diagnostic, which tells you which task pays back first. If you already know the task and can share a sample of files, we start there. Data rules are signed before any access.
What exactly is delivered?
One task running end to end on your real files, a status per file, your team trained on it, your company context written down, and a before and after hours table. Acceptance rests on one measurable criterion, checked on a sample of your files.
How is the budget built?
Scoped after the diagnostic, task by task. Running costs are stated up front.
Who owns what after delivery?
Agreed in writing before work starts.
What do you need from us?
A sample of real files, the way the task is done today, one business contact and one IT contact.
Questions
Frequent questions.
Why only one task at a time?
Because one task that runs end to end on real files proves more than five half-built ones. The second task reuses the context written for the first.
What happens to files the system cannot handle?
They are marked orange or red and go to a person, with the reason. Nothing is forced through.
What changes for our team?
Less retyping and fewer routine checks. The time goes to the exceptions and the decisions that need a person.
