Your teams already use AI. Set the rules.
We help you set the rules, write them down and make them hold.
What you get
- 01
A clear picture of current use
A 10-question self-audit of how AI is already used across your teams.
- 02
A charter your teams sign
Ten sections, adapted to your company and signed.
- 03
One rule everyone remembers
Three colours for which data may go where.
What it covers
-
The self-audit
Ten yes-or-no questions on tools, data and responsibilities. Each “no” points to a missing protection.
-
A charter in ten sections
Who it applies to, approved tools, how to request a new one, a named AI lead, what to do after a mistake.
-
A three-colour data rule
Green, orange, red: what may go into any tool, only into approved tools, or into none without written approval.
-
Legal points to check
Law 09-08 and the CNDP for Morocco, and the EU AI Act’s AI-literacy duty where your AI use reaches the EU, to be checked by your counsel.

Engagement terms
How an engagement works.
At what stage can we start?
Any time, and the sooner the better: rules are easier to set before habits settle. The charter itself needs no access to your data.
What exactly is delivered?
The self-audit and its results, a usage charter in ten sections adapted to your company and ready to sign, the three-colour data rule with your own examples, and the legal points to be checked by your counsel.
How is the budget built?
Scoped up front, from the size of your company and the number of entities the charter covers. Nothing is added without your agreement.
Who owns what after delivery?
Agreed in writing before work starts.
What do you need from us?
One management sponsor, the AI tools you know are in use, and time with the person who will be your AI lead.
Questions
Frequent questions.
Is this legal advice?
No. We frame the points raised by Law 09-08, the CNDP and, where your activity reaches the EU, the EU AI Act. Your counsel checks them before you sign.
Should we simply ban AI tools?
A ban rarely stops use; it hides it. Clear written rules make use visible and safer, and keep the time it saves.
Who does the charter apply to?
Everyone who handles your data: employees, interns and contractors. A charter that covers only some of them protects little.
