What participants leave with
- 01
A shortlist of first use cases
Your own candidate tasks, scored on volume and difficulty, with the first one chosen.
- 02
Hands-on practice at your desk
Each executive has used AI on a real document from their own work.
- 03
The questions to settle first
Which data may go where, who approves what, and how results are measured.
Built on your files
Before the session, we write a context file on your company: its trade, its vocabulary, its formats. It stays with you.
How the context file works
The context file is a plain document that tells the AI tool who you are, how your files are organised, which terms and formats you use and what must never be done. Every exercise runs with it, so answers sound like your company. After the session it stays with your teams and serves again for the first task you automate.
