Engagement terms
How an engagement works.
When can we start?
Before a roll-out, to prepare it, or after a pilot that struggles to spread. Either way, we start by listening to the teams concerned.
What exactly is delivered?
An adoption plan, trained champions, a usage charter, communication material and a usage dashboard, reviewed every month.
How is the budget built?
Based on the number of teams and the length of the support, set after the current-state review.
Who owns what after delivery?
Agreed in writing before the work starts.
What do you need from us?
A sponsor in leadership, a project owner and time set aside for each team’s champions.
Questions
Frequent questions.
Why do so many AI projects stop after the pilot?
Often the tool works, but the way people work has not changed. Adoption has to be prepared: roles, training, rules and measurement.
Do you work with our HR and communication teams?
Yes. They are involved from the adoption plan onwards, with the managers of the teams concerned.
