What participants leave with
- 01
A repository ready for the agent
Context files, commands and conventions written and versioned with the code.
- 02
A safe way of working
Plan, tests, review: every change the agent makes is checked before merge.
- 03
Clear team rules
Permissions, areas closed to the agent and data that must never be shared.
Built on your files
Before the session, we prepare with you the context files of your repository: architecture, conventions, commands.
How the context file works
These plain text files, kept in the repository, tell the agent how the project is organised, how to build and test it, and what it must not touch. During the session, developers use them on real tickets. After the training, they stay in the repository and the team keeps them up to date.
Use cases by sector
Development
- New features built with a plan, tests and a review
- An old module refactored, with tests to back it
- Code reviews prepared by the agent, decided by a developer
Maintenance
- Old scripts explained and documented
- Bugs reproduced by a test before any change
- Dependency upgrades checked
Data and DevOps
- Data processing scripts tested on sample files
- Continuous integration pipelines reviewed and documented
- Small internal tools prototyped, then reviewed
After the session
Two days later, a written summary: what was built, the rules agreed and the next uses. An optional monthly follow-up supports the team.
