Know where AI pays off before you commit.
We measure your processes on your own data, show a working prototype, then hand you a ranked roadmap.
What you get
- 01
A ranked hours table
Every recurring task scored, measured in hours per month and ranked.
- 02
Your three costliest tasks
Quantified on a sample of your own files, not on industry averages.
- 03
A working prototype
Built on that sample, so you judge a result before any larger build.
What it covers
-
Task inventory
Every recurring task listed and scored on frequency, share of files, time per occurrence and difficulty.
-
Hours per month
Occurrences × share of files × minutes ÷ 60. One formula for every task, so the ranking holds.
-
Automate or assist
For each task, whether it can run end to end or should prepare the work for a person to finish.
-
Value against difficulty
Tasks placed on one matrix: quick wins first, bigger projects planned, the rest left for later.
-
Roadmap and business case
The order of work, what each step needs from your teams and what it should return in hours.
-
An IT security file
What the system reads, where data is processed, retention and deletion, written for your IT department.

Engagement terms
How an engagement works.
At what stage can we start?
At any stage. If you are unsure which task to automate, the diagnostic is the place to start. Data rules are signed before we read a single file.
What exactly is delivered?
The scored task inventory, the ranked hours table, your three costliest tasks quantified on your sample, a working prototype, a roadmap with its business case, and an IT security file for your IT department.
How is the budget built?
The diagnostic is scoped on its own, before any build. What follows is scoped task by task, with running costs stated up front.
Who owns what after delivery?
Agreed in writing before work starts.
What do you need from us?
A sample of files for the tasks in scope, one business contact and one IT contact.
Questions
Frequent questions.
Do we have to build what the diagnostic recommends?
No. You stay free to build with us, with someone else or not at all. The ranked table stays useful either way.
Why measure on our own files?
Because averages hide what matters: how many of your files a task touches and how long each one takes. A ranking built on your sample is one your teams recognise.
What if nothing is worth automating?
Then the table says so, and you have avoided a build that would not have paid back.
Who needs to be involved?
The people who do the tasks, to describe them and share examples, and one IT contact for the IT security file.
