What participants leave with
- 01
One task of your own, working
Each participant leaves with an assistant set up for a task they do every week.
- 02
A context file for your trade
Your vocabulary, formats and rules written once, then reused by the whole team.
- 03
A clear view of what comes next
The tasks not yet covered, listed and ranked in the written recap.
Built on your files
Before the session, we write a context file on your team’s work: its documents, its terms, its rules. It stays with you.
How the context file works
The context file is a plain document that tells the AI tool how your team works: which documents come in, how they are named, which checks apply and what must never be done. Participants use it in every exercise, on files taken from their own week. After the training it stays with the team and is reused for the next tasks.
